Our principal operating subsidiary, Wilson Sons Limited made the following announcement to the Brazilian and Luxembourg Stock Exchanges.

Wilson Sons Limited ("Wilson Sons" or "the Company"), a public held company traded on the BM&FBovespa under the ticker WSON33, announces to its shareholders that the 407th Meeting of the Executive Board of the National Agency of Water Transportation ("ANTAQ") was held on this date. The meeting deliberated the possible amendment to the Lease Agreement n 012/2000, entered into between Companhia das Docas do Estado de Bahia e o Tecon Salvador S.A., the subsidiary of Wilson Sons.

The members of ANTAQ's Executive Board decided to recommend the approval of the investments proposed by the Company and acknowledged the possibility of an amendment to the Lease Agreement n 012/2000 which would also envisage the early extension of its term. The exact terms of the resolution will be known upon its publication.

Once ended the procedure at ANTAQ, the analysis will be sent to the Port Special Department - SEP, pursuant to Article 57 of Law n 12,815/2013, regulated by Decree No. 8,033/2013.
