Increase of the maximum amount of the Programme for the issuance of debt securities up to EUR2.4 billion

Following the relevant information dated October 5, 2015, Amadeus Capital Markets, S.A.U. and Amadeus Finance BV have increased the maximum amount of the programme for the issuance of debt securities (Euro Medium Term Note Programme - EMTN, the "Programme") from EUR1.5 billion to EUR2.4 billion, guaranteed by Amadeus IT Holding, S.A. as well as by Amadeus IT Group, S.A..

For these purposes, a base prospectus Supplement has been registered with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg.

The basic characteristics of the securities to be issued under the Programme remain with no changes with respect to those ones already communicated in the aforementioned relevant information.
