The Company announces that, at an Employment Tribunal brought by Mr R Kleiber, a former director, a judgement was made in favour of Mr Kleiber for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination. On 21 April 2016, an award against the Company of £14,210.03 was determined by the tribunal.
