Board change
Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (AIM:NFC), the digital communications group, today announces that Alicja Lesniak has stepped down as Director of the Company with effect from 30 June 2017. Alicja has retired as a Director after two three-year terms, having served on the Next 15 Board and as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee since 2011.
The Board is in the final stages of its search for another independent non-executive Director and expects to announce an appointment shortly.
