Directorate Change
Following a formal recruitment process, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Caroline Roxburgh as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 8 November 2017.
Caroline Roxburgh is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years' finance and audit experience and was formerly a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP until her retirement in 2016.
Her appointment will be proposed to shareholders for election at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in August 2018.
Caroline Roxburgh currently does not have an interest in any shares in the Company and there is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R in relation to this appointment.
It is intended that Bruce Graham will retire as a non-executive Director of the Company following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in August 2018.
