Annual General Meeting Statement

At today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, the following statement will be made by the Company's CEO, Toby Hall:

"Following MIIT approval for dot vip, I was able to visit our in-country operations in China as well as meet a wide number of our registrar and strategic partners on mainland China and Hong Kong over the seven-day period. Not only did this reinforce the ongoing opportunity in China but also the wider Asia region for the Group.

"The Board has also been encouraged by the early results of test initiatives to drive usage of our of TLDs in the US and Europe over the fourth quarter where the dynamics of the market are different to those in Asia.

"As has previously been reported, we have undertaken significant steps to restructure the business and position it to grow revenues across its broad portfolio of TLDs. The net result is a business which was significantly loss making at the operational level is now EBITDA positive on an ongoing basis. We look forward to continuing this trend into 2017 and beyond."

The Company will issue a pre-close statement week commencing 23 January at which time the publication date of the audited results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2016 will be announced.
