Voting Rights and Share Capital Update - DTR 5.6.1A

For the purpose of DTR 5.6.1A the Company notifies the market that as at the close of business on 26 September 2016:

(i) its issued share capital consisted of 1,015,809,266 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights;

   (ii)     there are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury; and 

(iii) each Ordinary Share entitles the holder to a single vote in all circumstances at general meetings of the Company.

The figure of 1,015,809,266 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
