CAUTIONARY STATEMENT 
 
The Directors of Meikles Limited wish to advise shareholders that the Company 
is currently engaged in discussions on a transaction that may have material 
impact on the value of the Company's shares. 
 
The transaction relates to a possible offer to minorities and subsequent 
delisting of the Company from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange in line with Section 
9 of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Listing requirements. 
 
In the meantime, the Directors therefore advise the Shareholders of Meikles 
Limited and the public to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of 
Meikles Limited. 
 
The audited results for the year ended 31 March 2016 and the unaudited results 
for the half year to 30 September 2016 will be released in due course.
