Purchase of shares for cancellation
Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 29 September 2017 it purchased 100,000 of the Company's own Ordinary shares at a price of 92.75 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 37,609,938 Ordinary shares of 1 pence in issue.
The Company was satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Company were previously in receipt of had become publicly available prior to the market purchase being completed. Therefore, the Company was not prohibited from dealing in its own securities.
