Scrip Calculation Price for Third Quarterly Dividend
On 9 March 2017, LondonMetric Property Plc ("Company") declared a third quarterly interim dividend of 1.8 pence per Ordinary Share ("Dividend") payable on 18 April 2017 to Shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 17 March 2017.
The Company will offer Shareholders the opportunity to receive the Dividend in New Ordinary Shares instead of cash. The final Election Date is 31 March 2017.
The Scrip Calculation Price for the Dividend has been determined as 153.84 pence per Ordinary Share. This is the average closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share for the five Business Days commencing with, and including, the Ex-dividend Date of 16 March 2017.
If Shareholders would like to elect for the Scrip Dividend Alternative they should consult the circular containing the terms and conditions of the Scheme ("Circular") which is available at www.londonmetric.com/investors/shareholder-information/dividends and www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
Words and expressions defined in the Circular dated 8 September 2016 have the same meanings in this announcement.
