RESULT OF AGM

LondonMetric Property Plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, Tuesday 11 July 2017, all resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands.

In accordance with 9.6.2(R) of the Listing Rules, a copy of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting is being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

There were 692,972,064 ordinary shares in issue at the close of business on 7 July 2017 (being the total number of shares entitling holders to attend and vote at the AGM).

Proxies were received by the Company from Shareholders before the meeting as follows.
