Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed on 12 October 2017 that, also on 12 October 2017, Mr Alastair Gordon-Stewart, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, cancelled his participation in the Kier Group plc 2006 Sharesave Scheme in respect of 784 options granted on 30 October 2015 at an option price of GBP11.47 per ordinary share.
