In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30th November 2016, the Company's issued share capital consists of 216,841,795 Ordinary 1 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 21,769,025 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30th November 2016, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 195,072,770.

The above figure (195,072,770) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance Rules and Transparency Rules.
