The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held in the Douglas and Dalrymple Rooms, The Old Government House Hotel, St Ann's Place, St Peter Port, Guernsey, at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, 19 May 2017.

The Circular and Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the Circular and Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website http://www.jlif.com.
