Result of First General Meeting

The Company announces that the resolutions to approve the Disposal of the Company's Investments, payment of the proposed Dividend and the Cancellation by the UKLA of the listing of the Company's Shares on the Official List (as set out in the Circular to Shareholders published on 19 October 2016) were duly approved by Shareholders at the First General Meeting of the Company held earlier today. Completion of the disposal of the Company's four investments will take place on 15 November 2016.
