Grant of options
Inspired Energy (AIM: INSE), a leading energy procurement consultant to UK corporates and SMEs, announces that the Board has today approved the grant of 8,525,000 options under the Company's 2011 Share Option Scheme to certain non-Board employees of the Company. The options have an exercise price of 18.125 pence. The options vest in two tranches following release of the Company's financial results for 31 December 2019 and 31 December 2020. The exercise price was set based on the closing mid-market price of the ordinary shares on 14 July 2017. The options vest subject to continued employment.
