Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Inspired Energy (AIM: INSE), a leading UK energy procurement consultant to UK corporates and SMEs, is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Logan as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Richard Logan is a chartered accountant with 30 years' experience of working in industry. He is the Finance Director of cloud computing company, iomart Group plc (AIM: IOM), a position he has held since 2006.

Prior to that, having qualified with Ernst and Young in 1984, he has held senior roles with Ben Line Group, a shipping and oil company and Kingston SCL Limited, a provider of mobile phone billing software where he was involved in a private equity backed management buyout and subsequent trade sale.

Richard holds a BA in accountancy from Stirling University and in 2013 was Smaller Quoted FD of the Year at the FD's Excellence Awards.

Richard Logan will chair the audit committee and become a member of the nominations committee. Mark Dickinson remains chair of the nominations committee.
