Result of 'C' Share Class Meeting

The board of the Company is pleased to announce that at a meeting of the 'C' Shareholders held on 27 November 2014 (the "'C' Share Class Meeting"), all resolutions were approved unanimously on a show of hands.

Details of the proxy votes in respect of the resolution passed at the 'C' Share Class Meeting received as at 12.45pm on 25 November 2014, 48 hours before the time of the meeting, are set out below:
