Result of AGM

Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were passed.

Resolution 10, that the Company should continue as an investment trust for a further three period, was supported by over 99% of proxy votes cast.

The text of all the resolutions is contained in the notice of meeting in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2015.
