IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading was notified on 26 January 2017 of the following transaction carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Stephen Hill, a Non-Executive Director of the Company (the "Transaction").
