The market value at the date of exercise was GBP12.74. No new shares have been issued as a result of the exercise of the share options.

Following the exercise of the share options, Mr Hill sold a total of 12,737 ordinary shares at a price of GBP12.72 per share. This sale was solely made to meet the cost of the taxation arising on their exercise and the transaction results in an overall increase in Mr Hill's holding in the Company. The number of ordinary shares sold represented 0.0027% of the ordinary shares in issue.

Following these transactions, the beneficial shareholding of Mr Hill (including his connected persons) is 14,363 ordinary shares representing 0.003% of the ordinary shares in issue.
