President & CEO Taking Temporary Leave of Absence

HaloSource, Inc. (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water technology solutions company trading on London's AIM market, today announces that President & CEO Martin Coles has received medical advice to take a temporary leave of absence, effective immediately. During Mr. Coles' leave of absence he will remain a member of the Company's Board and James Thompson, the Company's Senior Vice President of Business Development, will serve as Acting CEO.

Martin Coles stated, "It is in mine and the best interest of the Company that I take this time to focus on my health while James and the rest of the HaloSource team continue to execute our strategy. I plan to return to the Company as soon as possible."

Jerry Wetherbee, HaloSource's Chairman of the Board, stated, "We support Martin's request to take this leave and wish him the best as he focuses on his health."
