Publication of supplementary prospectus
The Company has today published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") to note significant new factors relating to the information included in the prospectus dated 2 May 2017 (the "Prospectus").
On 19 September 2017 the Company published its annual report for the period from incorporation on 26 April 2016 to 30 June 2017, which constitutes a significant new factor relating to financial information contained in the Prospectus. The Company has published the Supplementary Prospectus to note this significant new factor.
