The Company announces that it has been advised that on 15 December 2017 Ioannis Papalekas, a director of the Company, through Zakiono Enterprises Limited (a company wholly owned by Mr Papalekas), acquired 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of EUR9.00 per ordinary share and 272,632 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of EUR8.85 per ordinary share.

Following the above share purchase, Mr Papalekas has an interest in 24,214,177 ordinary shares, equivalent to 18.7 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
