The Company is also delighted to announce that, it has acquired the entire issued share capital of Globe Capital Administration Ltd for a total consideration of £1,250.
Acquisition of stake
Globe Capital is pleased to announce that, in line with its investing Strategy, the Company has purchased a 25% stake in Sterling Craig Ltd (“Sterling Craig”).
Sterling Craig is an online retailer and will provide an opportunity to enter the men's retail fashion business.
The purchase price is £12,500 which will be settled in cash.
