Publication of a Supplementary Prospectus
Funding Circle SME Income Fund Limited is pleased to announce the publication today of a Supplementary Prospectus in relation to the change of the constitution of the Board following the appointment of Sachin Patel to the Board as a non-executive director and the appointment of Phillip Hyett to act as alternate director to Mr Patel.
The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and will be available at http://fcincomefund.com and will shortly be made available for inspection at The National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
