Publication of a Prospectus

Funding Circle SME Income Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the publication today of a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in relation to potential issues of new Ordinary Shares and/or C Shares by way of a twelve month share issuance programme (the "Share Issuance Programme").

Richard Boléat, Chairman, commented:

"As foreshadowed in my statement accompanying the Company's interim financial statements published on 11(th) November 2016, the Company has now published documentation to facilitate its intention to grow through fresh equity issuance during the course of the next year. Demand for the Company's shares is healthy, as evidenced by their current premium to NAV, and I look forward to making further announcements in due course in respect of specific issuance proposals."

The Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available at http://fcincomefund.com and will shortly be made available for inspection at The National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
