Jan is another example of a high calibre non-executive director we have been able to attract and who will further strengthen the Board when she joins. More than half of the group's revenues are generated from the US and among other things the Board will benefit from Jan's US perspective. Jan's appointment, together with the recently announced appointments of Imogen Joss and Lorna Tilbian, will bring an immediate change to both the dynamic and diversity of our Board, which we welcome."
On her appointment, Jan Babiak said: "I am delighted to be joining the Euromoney Board at this exciting time in the Company's development. I am looking forward to working with the Board members and in particular the Company's other recently appointed non-executive directors."
