Epiris completes the sale of Audiotonix

Further to the announcement of 3 February 2017, Epiris is pleased to announce that, following regulatory approvals, it has completed the sale of Audiotonix.

Electra Private Equity PLC has received proceeds from the sale of GBP203 million. This equates to a return of 4.8x original cost and an IRR of 50%.

Charles Elkington and Ian Wood were responsible for the investment and the exit of Audiotonix.

Epiris refers to Epiris Managers LLP acting on behalf of its client Electra Private Equity PLC.
