Conversion of CULS/Issue of equity
The Board of Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc (the "Company") has today issued, subject to listing, 4,838,761 Ordinary Shares following elections by holders of the Company's 3.5% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2018 ("CULS") to convert GBP15,007,615 nominal of CULS. The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
It is expected that admission to the Official List and commencement of dealings in these Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 11 August 2017. The update of CREST accounts and the despatch of certificates for the newly issued shares will be on 14 August 2017.
Following admission there will be 192,075,556 Ordinary Shares and GBP44,678,748 nominal of CULS in issue.
