Suspension of trading

On 19 August 2016, the Company announced that its board of directors had resolved to invoke the provisions of the Company's articles of association regarding conversion of shares, such that all C Shares, D Shares, E Shares, F Shares and G Shares in the capital of the Company would be converted to I Shares on 16 September 2016 (the "Conversion Date"), such conversion to be calculated by reference to the net asset value per share of each relevant share class as at 19 August 2016 and the shareholdings reflected on the register of members of the Company as at close of business on 26 August 2016.

To enable the completion of those share conversions, the Company has applied to the London Stock Exchange for trading in the C Shares, D Shares, E Shares, F Shares and G Shares in the capital of the Company to be suspended until the Conversion Date.

Accordingly, trading in the C Shares, D Shares, E Shares, F Shares and G Shares in the capital of the Company has been suspended, with effect from 8.00 am on 30 August 2016, until the Conversion Date, at which time those shares will be converted into the appropriate number of I Shares.
