Appointment of CEO and Director of the Group
Dods Group plc (AIM: DODS), a specialist content, media services and events company which delivers information and analysis across multiple platforms, is pleased to announce that Guy Cleaver, Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director with immediate effect.
Mr. Cleaver was Managing Director for the Company from 2007, and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all Group's businesses in March 2016.
Cheryl Jones, Chairman, commented:
"The Board is delighted to announce Guy Cleaver as Chief Executive Officer. Guy and I have worked closely during the turnaround, and the transformation planning for the Company. This is an important step for the organisation, and I will continue to work directly with Guy and his staff as the structure of the management team is finalised."
Mr. Cleaver, aged 43, is currently a director of the following subsidiaries of the Group:

Mr. Cleaver has a beneficial interest in 649,000 ordinary shares in the Company. He also has unexercised options in 1,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company, which were granted on 22 May 2013 at a price of 5.5p each. The exercise date of these options is 22 May 2018 and the lapse date is 22 May 2020.
Save as disclosed above, there are no other matters which are required to be disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
