Change of Company Name and Registered Address
CyanConnode (AIM: CYAN.L), the world leader in narrowband RF networks for Omni IoT communications announces that, following the recent acquisition of the Connode group of companies, and completion of a full rebranding exercise, the Company has changed its name from Cyan Holdings plc to CyanConnode Holdings plc. The AIM ticker, CYAN.L, remains the same and the name change is expected to become effective on the London Stock Exchange at 7.00 a.m. on 18 November 2016.
As part of the rebranding exercise the Company has now launched its new website which can be found at www.cyanconnode.com.
The Company also announces a change to its registered office following a recent move from its office in Swavesey to Merlin Place, Milton Road, Cambridge CB4 0DG.
