Results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Hong Kong, 20 June 2016 - Cathay International Holdings Ltd. (LSE: CTI.L), a leading operator and investor in the growing healthcare sector in the People's Republic of China, today announces that at the AGM held earlier today, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 22 April 2016 were duly passed. The final poll voting results for each resolution are shown in the table below:
