Repurchase Opportunity - update

Further to the Company's announcement of the results of its AGM on 31 July 2017 the Directors announce that, subject to receipt of regulatory approval, they anticipate publishing the Repurchase Opportunity Documents by the end of September 2017 with a Conversion Date for the Repurchase Opportunity of 31 October 2017.

A further announcement will be made in due course.

Terms used and not defined in this announcement will have the meanings given to them in the Circular dated 6 July 2017.
