Re Directorate: Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Cambian, a leading provider of specialist education and behavioural health services for children, announces that Anoop Kang will be joining the Board as Chief Financial Officer in July 2017. Martin Hopcroft will continue as CFO in the meantime.

Anoop joins Cambian from Kier Group plc where he has held the position of Group Financial Controller since 2015. Prior to this Anoop held a number of senior finance positions at Balfour Beatty plc which included Group Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance Director of the Rail Division and latterly as Head of Investor Relations.

Anoop is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has thirteen years' experience in the accountancy profession with Deloitte LLP.

Saleem Asaria, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
