COMPLETION OF THE DISPOSAL OF THE ADULT SERVICES BUSINESS

Further to Cambian Group plc's (the "Company") announcement dated 27 December 2016 regarding the result of the General Meeting, the Company announces that the disposal of its Adult Services Business to Cygnet Health Care Limited completed earlier today.

At Completion, all of the Company's indebtedness was repaid.
