Grant of Director Options

On 15 December 2017 the following awards of options over ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of ATTRAQT Group plc were granted under the Company's long term incentive plan to the following directors (the "Director Options"):

The awards were granted pursuant to separate Award Agreements entered into between ATTRAQT Group PLC and each of the directors, with each granting two awards to the respective director. One award granted to each director was granted as a tax advantaged Enterprise Management Incentive ("EMI") award, and was granted over shares which have a market value on the grant date of GBP249,999 (being the maximum value over which tax advantaged EMI awards may be granted under the applicable legislation). A further non-tax advantaged award was granted to each director over the balance of the shares which are not comprised within such director's EMI award.

The Director Options become exercisable on the third anniversary of the date of grant, subject to the respective director's continued service with the Group, and will remain exercisable at any point until the tenth anniversary of the grant at a price of 35 pence per ordinary share.
