Amteus has been notified today that, following a disposal of 1,860,000 ordinary 
shares on 2 March 2009, Leah Morris now holds 5,321,818 ordinary shares in the 
Company, equivalent to 8.69 per cent. of the voting share capital. In addition, 
the Company has been notified today that, following a purchase on 2 March 2009, 
Spreadex Limited now holds 1,860,000 ordinary shares in the issued share 
capital of the Company, equivalent to 3.04 per cent. of the voting share 
capital. 
 
Furthermore, the Company announces that is was notified on 6 February 2009 
that, following a disposal of 150,000 ordinary shares on 29 January 2009, 
Gartmore Investment Limited now holds 3,035,000 ordinary shares in the Company, 
equivalent to 4.95 per cent. of the voting share capital.
