                             Director Shareholding                             

The Company announces that it has today issued 93,913 ordinary shares at 11.5p
per share (being the closing middle market price on 25 July 2008) to the Right
Honourable Michael Howard, QC MP, Non-Executive Director.

The shares have been issued in lieu of fees payable to Mr Howard as a
Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Howard now holds 167,002 ordinary
shares, which is equivalent to 0.31 per cent of the enlarged issued voting
share capital of the Company.

Following the issue of the ordinary shares, the Company will have 53,763,323
ordinary shares in issue. Application will be made for the shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in these shares are expected to commence
on 4 August 2008.
