                                 BOARD CHANGES 
 
Amteus, the digital educational networking and media business, is pleased to 
announce that, in line with its strategy to develop a global media business, a 
new management team has been appointed to lead the Company. 
 
Leonard ("Len") Milton Sanderson, aged 55, joins the Board as a director and 
Chief Executive Officer of Amteus with immediate effect. Len was managing 
director of sales and a main board director of Telegraph plc from 1987 to 2003. 
Prior to this, he was deputy advertising director of the Guardian newspaper. 
 
Richard Addis, aged 52, also joins the Board as a director with immediate 
effect. Richard has been appointed as editor in chief and director of website 
content. Richard also has considerable experience in the media sector. He was 
assistant editor of the Financial Times, in charge of design and graphics and 
editor of the Saturday edition. 
 
Jeffrey Morris, the founder and major shareholder of Amteus, having established 
the future direction of the company and helped to identify and appoint the new 
management team, is stepping down from the Board with effect from today to 
enable the new team to take the business forward. His creative ability will 
continue to be available to Amteus on a consultancy basis as required. We thank 
him for his dedication to and considerable investment in the Company over the 
past four years. 
 
Michael Abrahams, Chairman of Amteus, said: "These are very exciting strategic 
appointments to the Board and management of this business. Both Len and Richard 
have highly relevant experience and contacts in the media sector and should 
enable Amteus to achieve rapid growth both in the UK and overseas." 
 
Under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, the following information is
