Replacement announcement

This announcement replaces the 'Purchase of Own Shares' released 21 November 2017 under the RNS Number 0294X and corrects the issued share capital from 115,878,778 to 115,834,778. All other details in the announcement remain the same. The full amended text is shown below.

Purchase of Own Shares

Pursuant to the general authority given to the Company by shareholders, the Company announces that, it has purchased ordinary shares of 4 1/6p pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company as follows:

Date of purchase: 20(th) November 2017

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 144,000

The average price paid per Ordinary Share was 600.0 pence.

The highest and lowest price paid was 600.0 pence per share.

This represents 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).

The Ordinary Shares purchased will be cancelled.

Following the cancellation, the Company's issued share capital consists of 115,834,778 Ordinary Shares. Each Ordinary Share has one voting right. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 115,834,778.
