Result of First General Meeting
In connection with the Proposals for the reconstruction and winding-up of Aberdeen UK Tracker Trust plc (the "Company"), the Board is pleased to announce that the special resolutions put forward at the First General Meeting, held today, have been approved by Shareholders on a poll.
Special Resolution 1
The poll result was 63,139,417 (98.26%) votes in favour, 1,119,304 (1.74%) votes against, with 308,262 votes withheld.
Special Resolution 2
The poll result was 63,154,526 (98.29%) votes in favour, 1,100,999 (1.71%) votes against, with 311,458 votes withheld.
A copy of both special resolutions from the First General Meeting will be available shortly on the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
