Management Fee Arrangements

The Board is pleased to report that an amendment to the management fee has been agreed with Aberdeen Fund Managers Limited (the "Manager") that is effective from 1 August 2016. From that date the Manager is entitled to a management fee payable monthly in arrears based on an annual amount of 1.0% (previously 1.2%) of the average net asset value of the Company's net assets (gross assets less liabilities excluding the amount of any loan facilities or overdraft drawn down) over a 24 month period, valued monthly.
