 (a)   Partnership Shares, which were purchased at a subscription price 
        of 930.83333 pence per Share; 
 (b)   Matching Shares, which were awarded for nil consideration; and 
 (c)   Dividend Shares, which were purchased at a subscription price of 
        930.83333 pence per Share, following a dividend re-investment.
