BLOCK ADMISSION
The Company announces that an application has been made to AIM for a block admission in respect of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("New Ordinary Shares") in the share capital of the Company (the "Block Admission"). This Block Admission will be used to satisfy the issue of shares pursuant to exercises of options under the Company's Executive Share Option Plan and Employee Share Option Plan.
An application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), which is expected to occur on 3 November 2016.
The Company's issued share capital will not change as a result of the Block Admission. The Company expects to publish its first 6 monthly Block Listing Interim Review on or around 28 April 2017.
