("PHP" or the "Company")
In connection with the scrip dividend offer made in respect of the first quarterly interim dividend for 2017 of 1.31 pence per ordinary share announced on 5 January 2017, the Company announces that it has received valid elections from shareholders resulting in a requirement to issue 151,072 new ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the capital of the Company ("New Shares").
PHP has therefore today made application for the 151,072 New Shares to be issued in lieu of the first quarterly interim cash dividend for 2017 to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange respectively. Admission of the New Shares is expected to be effective on 24 February 2017.
