the following beneficial holding of ordinary shares was acquired by Mr Roger 
Lewis, on 16 November 2016. 
 
70,000 ordinary shares at 74.208p representing 0.013 % of the Company's issued 
share capital.  The shares are registered under Hulton Pensions Limited. 
 
Mr Lewis is the beneficial holder of a total of 600,000 ordinary shares, 
representing 0.111% of the Company's issued share capital.
