Quarterly Net Asset Value update

Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited, managed by property investment manager Sniper Capital Limited, announces that the Company has achieved an Adjusted Net Asset Value of US$231.2 million for the period ended 31 December 2016.

This is equivalent to US$3.03 (245 pence*) per share and represents an increase of 1.30% from the previous quarter.

The Company's Interim Results for the period ended 31 December 2016 are expected to be released on 27 February 2017.

*Based on a US$/GBP exchange rate of 1.234 as at 31 December 2016.
