Recommended voluntary winding up of
subsidiary Gowin New Energy Holdings Limited
The Board of Gowin New Energy Group Limited hereby informs that on the 6 December 2016, it was proposed that the Company's subsidiary Gowin New Energy Holdings Ltd ("Gowin Holdings") incorporated in Hong Kong on the 21 January 2013 with registered number 1853876, which is wholly owned by the Company, took resolution on voluntarily winding up Gowin Holdings and starting the liquidation procedure of winding up Gowin Holdings with immediate effect.
Following last year's separation of PRC company Yichia Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd, the Company's subsidiary Gowin New Energy Holdings Limited in Hong Kong serves no business purpose any longer which precipitates the wind up decision.
